In my Chongqing presentation I want to combine this with the PPT slide that considers a residential mix with retail on the bottom floor of a CBD Oakland (Towers residential condominium) plan--this relates CA planning to a plan in Beijing--pretty intelligent market/planning project (A MIXed USE idea, but not Smart)
